Let me guess what it is... a tyrannosaurus elf... with hippo feet... that's travels with the circus (the frilly collar)... possibly on crack... hmmmmm... OH, I GOT IT... IT'S A CARNY! I like him!!! Can't wait to see more :)
I think Tracers is right, someone's on crack, I just don't think it's the puppet. 8-)
btw...It looks like a Pokemon, and yes, I'm 29.
