IF: Save
Digging this one from the WAY back of the vault... it's the only piece the Society of Illustrators seems to like from me. It was an editorial class assignment (from way back in 1998!) based on how trials can be swayed by the media and viewing public. Side note: Guy Billout, who was visiting this class, actually liked this piece too! Little did I know then, he was waaay famous. Picture and ostrich with their head in the sand. That was me.

I enjoyed the conceptual aspect of the piece. Wonderful work.
Great expression for save.
I enjoyed and liked very much the photos!thanks
I like it a lot, but I'm nobody...
Nice work though!
Brilliant! Love the style and colours. :)
funny illustration in a twisted sort of way...I look at it as how tied we are to the tv...you know how when there is a flood you see people leaving behind everything but the TV set...and they'd rather drowned than to get it wet...
Great piece, with a really clever take on the subject matter. One of my faves this week for sure. No surprise all those folks dug it. Have I mentioned how much I love the title of your blog? I'm trying to find a way to work that quote into a conversation.
No wonder the S.o.I. liked it, it's really really good. The colours are my favourite part, and the concept is perfect.
Awesome,beautiful work!
