Past Poster Work

A few months back, I worked on a project for the NYU Child Study Center. They requested some line illustrations for a poster campaign that dealt with some serious child psychiatric disorders. It was a fun treat to combine the juvenile quality of the characters with the seriousness of the concept.

ADHD

OCD

Depression

Anorexia

Excellent images, they really convey the right kind of mood. It must have been a difficult subject to illustrate as people are quite sensitive about this sort of thing aren't they?x

Excellent drawings for such a serious and sad subject :(

These are excellent, and capture the essence of these disorders. I think my favorite is the girl washing her hands.

I love how expressive your characters are. You manage to say a lot with just a few black and white strokes.

I'm delighted but also so, so sad for these little characters! They're so cute yet so troubled. Tugging on the heart strings for sure!

the ADHD one makes for a particularly strong picture. Really touching.

I'd love you to have a 'followers' section so I could keep up to date with your goings on.

Saw the new book in publishers weekly. Best of luck with it- it looks awesome.
